Preparation

Before Your Delivery Arrives

  • Clear the delivery path - Ensure there's a clear route from your driveway or street to your garden. Gate widths, narrow passages, and steps should be communicated in advance.
  • Prepare your space - Know where you want larger items positioned. Our delivery team can place items but cannot assemble them.
  • Someone needs to be home - For larger deliveries, an adult must be present to accept and sign for the goods.
  • Check on arrival - Please inspect items for any transit damage before the driver leaves. Report any issues immediately.

30-Day Returns

Changed your mind? No problem. Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return shipping costs apply for change-of-mind returns. We'll provide the most cost-effective return method.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us immediately. We'll arrange collection and replacement at no cost to you.

Please photograph any damage before contacting us - this helps us process your claim quickly.

What if I'm not home for delivery?

For small items, the courier will leave a card and attempt redelivery. For larger items, we'll contact you to reschedule at no extra cost.

Do you deliver to flats or apartments?

Yes, though access can be challenging for larger items. Please contact us before ordering to discuss your specific situation - lift access, floor number, and outdoor space type.
